Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. There are plenty of opportunities to get hands on with the software. Our team will initially offer you a demonstration, and where applicable your own demonstration account to work with internal stakeholders before you decide to progress
Am I locked into a contract?
No. We offer monthly and annual subscription pricing. Both monthly and annual plans are paid in advance and future payments can be cancelled at any time, however you should note that no refunds will be provided for the service not used in the billing period.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees, just the monthly subscription. There may be setup costs with respect to the cameras or SIM network connectivity you decide to operate with. More details can be found in our Devices Supported page.

What data privacy and security measures are in place?

Do I have to use an Unleash live account to get the outcome I’m looking for?
No. In addition to offering subscription packages, we also provide custom solutions for organizations where they require insights or modelling from existing footage on an ad hoc basis. Get in touch to learn more.
