INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of Unleash live Autofly ("the Software"), provided by ("Unleash live" or "we" or "our"). By using the “Autofly” “Smart Corridor” and “Powerline Corridor Automation” features of the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Software.

1. BETA RELEASE

The Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of the Software are currently released as a Beta version and are provided on an "as-is" basis. Unleash live does not guarantee the performance, reliability, or suitability of these features. You acknowledge that the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features are undergoing testing and improvement, and Unleash live assumes no liability for any errors, bugs, or issues that may arise during their use. Once fully tested with our clients, we will release a final commercial version.

2. LIABILITY

Unleash live and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or any other liabilities resulting from the use of the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of the Software. You acknowledge that the use of these features is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from their use.

3. CONSEQUENCES of UNPLANNED ACTIONS

You understand and accept that the operation of unmanned aerial systems (drones) using the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of the Software involves inherent risks. Unleash live shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from unplanned actions during the operation of drones using these features, including but not limited to collisions, accidents, or other incidents.

4. MISSION PLANNING AND EXECUTION

You are solely responsible for planning and executing missions using the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of the Software. Unleash live does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the mission plans created or executed using these features. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review, verify, and adjust the mission plans as required to ensure safety and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. AIR AND GROUND RISK ASSESSMENTS

Before conducting any operations using the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of the Software, you must perform air and ground risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks. Unleash live does not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy or adequacy of the risk assessments conducted by users of these features.

6. CLEARANCE FOR VEGETATION AND OBJECTS

When operating drones using the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of the Software, you are responsible for ensuring adequate clearance for vegetation and objects within the operational area. Unleash live shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from contact with vegetation or objects during the operation of the drones.

7. SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AREAS AND APPROVALS

Certain operational areas and activities may require specific approvals, permits, or authorizations from relevant authorities. It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements when using the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of the Software in such areas. Unleash live does not guarantee the availability of specific operational areas or the approval process

8. RELATIONSHIP TO STANDARD TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service specific to the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of Unleash live Autofly do not contradict or replace the standard terms of service provided by Unleash live. The general terms and conditions outlined in the standard Unleash live terms of service, which can be found at https://unleashlive.com/terms, remain applicable to all other aspects of your use of Unleash live products and services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please note that the standard Unleash live terms of service apply to all other features and services provided by Unleash live and should be reviewed in conjunction with these specific terms for the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features of Unleash live Autofly.

By installing Unleash live Autofly and using the Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from installing and using Unleash live Autofly and its Smart Corridor and Powerline Corridor Automation features.
