A.I. App Policies

 Unleash live is excited to work with all developers but expects them to comply with our Policies, as outlined below. 

• Apps must solve a defined business challenge and have a credible market opportunity.

• Apps cannot support facial recognition or violate any privacy regulations, such as those laid out in the EU’s GDPR, California’s CCPA or Australia’s Privacy Act 1988 and the associated regulations. Any Personally Identifiable Information must be anonymised.

• Any App may not be used for purposes that would violate the law in Australia or the region in which the data is collected.

• No videos or images may be uploaded that contain any restricted content including child endangerment, use of illegal or unapproved substances and gambling. 

• Apps must not violate another person’s or organisation’s intellectual property.

• Apps may not contain any malicious functionality that would cause harm to end users in terms of loss or corruption of data.

• Each app should be demonstrably different from apps already available in the store in terms of objects/behaviour detected, quality of analysis (including model robustness, accuracy, speed), image format/sources supported (eg camera models, angle of data collection, weather conditions and image resolution processed.

Note: All content and App approval is at the discretion of Unleash live. Violation of these policies may result in removal of the content or cancellation of the developer account.
