As we continue to scale globally, we’re seeking a passionate, insight-driven Sales Executive to help connect our cutting-edge technology to customers who need it most. As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Prism’s growth by uncovering, developing, and closing strategic business opportunities across key verticals. You’ll leverage sector-specific insight and solution selling to build trusted partnerships and secure high-value contracts. Your technical aptitude and commercial drive will be instrumental in positioning Prism as the go-to solution for operational intelligence. 

You have a strong track record in B2B sales, a consultative approach, and technical aptitude for digital and data-driven solutions. 

Must-Have Skills & Experience 

  • 3–6 years’ experience in B2B solution sales or consultative selling, ideally within infrastructure technology or related sectors. 

  • Demonstrated success selling to enterprise clients within mining, transport, public sector, or utility environments. 

  • Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, including C-level, operations managers, and procurement. 

  • Strong understanding of enterprise camera networks, VMS platforms, or AI/edge deployments. 

  • Clear, persuasive communicator—able to translate technical value into compelling business impact for both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and comfort using cloud-native tools and platforms. 

  • Familiarity with tender, bid, and procurement processes in both public and private sectors. 

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience 

  • Background with AI, ML, or video analytics solutions. 

  • Experience in pre-sales or technical solution engineering. 

  • Industry connections within key verticals to accelerate sales traction. 

  • Record of participation at industry forums or in thought leadership activities. 

  • Lead generation: Identify, qualify, and target new clients across industries such as airports, transport, utilities, mining, and government, using a mix of outbound strategies, networking, and social selling to build a robust sales pipeline. 

  • Relationship building: Engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, establishing trust and credibility through clear understanding of their commercial processes, operational challenges, and business outcomes. 

  • Sales execution: Deliver tailored product presentations and demos, applying consultative and challenger sales methodologies to map customer pain points to Prism capabilities and clearly articulate ROI. 

  • Account strategy: Develop and implement account-based strategies for high-value prospects, managing the full sales cycle—including prospecting, negotiation, contract finalization, and onboarding. 

  • Tender management: Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders in line with client requirements and company objectives. Navigate public and private sector procurement processes with professionalism and attention to detail. 

  • Market engagement: Represent Prism and Unleash Live at industry and client events, trade forums, and strategic workshops to position us as a thought leader and expand your professional network. 

  • Tools & reporting: Leverage CRM (e.g. HubSpot), cloud-native sales tools, and sales automation platforms to manage pipeline and outreach, and provide regular forecasts and activity reports to leadership. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to shape go-to-market messaging, inform product packaging and pricing, and drive successful deal closure.
