As we grow rapidly, we’re looking for a Sales Executive with a passion for insight-driven conversations, a knack for navigating complex deals, and the motivation to work at the forefront of industrial AI. This role is pivotal in generating new business, managing relationships, and ensuring commercial success across enterprise accounts. 

As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving Unleashlive’s growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Selling our ORB drone automation and AI solutions to key industries, you will leverage insight-driven selling, value-based strategies, and sector-specific knowledge to secure high-value contracts. You will bring a proactive approach and expertise in drone technologies or related solutions to effectively engage with potential customers and position Unleash live as a trusted leader. 

You have a passion for innovation, a customer-first mindset, and strong technical fluency in UAV and data-centric solutions. 

Must-Have Skills & Experience 

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within enterprise environments—especially using challenger, consultative, and value-based selling techniques. 

  • Experience selling to clients in energy utilities, renewables, emergency response, or related sectors. 

  • Demonstrated success in building and closing enterprise-scale contracts, with a strong grasp of tender and procurement practices. 

  • Ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, sales automation, outreach platforms). 

  • Strong analytical, negotiating, and pipeline management skills. 

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience 

  • Direct experience selling Enterprise SaaS, drone technologies, AI video analytics, or similar solutions. 

  • Background or understanding of drone automation, AI, and computer vision applications. 

  • Industry connections in key verticals (energy, utilities, renewables, emergency response) to fast-track relationship building. 

  • Participation in industry events, with a proven record of networking and thought leadership. 

  • Lead generation: Identify and target new clients within key verticals using a mix of outbound techniques—including cold calling, social selling, and networking—to build a robust sales pipeline. 

  • Relationship building: Leverage your industry expertise and connections to access decision-makers and establish credibility. 

  • Sales execution: Conduct tailored product demonstrations and client presentations, utilizing challenger sales methodologies to offer new perspectives and articulate the unique ROI of our solutions. 

  • Account strategy: Implement account-based sales strategies, focusing on high-value enterprise clients, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract finalization. 

  • Tender management: Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders, ensuring alignment with both client requirements and internal objectives. Navigate complex procurement processes across public and private sectors. 

  • Market engagement: Stay current with industry trends to inform customer conversations and represent Unleash live as a thought leader at relevant events, conferences, and trade shows. 

  • Tools & reporting: Utilize AI-powered sales tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize outreach. Provide regular pipeline forecasts and activity reports to leadership. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with go-to-market initiatives. Share best practices with peers, contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
