Position Summary

However, even the most advanced technology relies on ecosystems to achieve its real-world impact.

We're seeking a Partnerships & Alliances Lead to drive growth by expanding our network of channel partners across ANZ and worldwide, including distributors, VARs, system integrators, and global advisory firms. You’ll identify, onboard, and grow relationships that accelerate adoption, unlock co-sell opportunities, and expand Unleash live’s reach across key industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the regional partnerships strategy, with clear goals for revenue contribution, channel expansion, and ecosystem influence.

  • Lead partner identification, onboarding, and enablement across VARs, integrators, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to shape value propositions that drive joint pipeline and partner-led growth.

  • Define success plans for top partners, with joint go-to-market activities, enablement roadmaps, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that reflect aligned commercial incentives.

  • Be the partner-facing lead for co-sell programs and regional joint pursuits—managing opportunity tracking, marketing support, and sales alignment.

  • Represent Unleash live at industry events, partner summits, and ecosystem forums to elevate our brand and attract high-leverage partners.

  • Build internal awareness and momentum for partnerships by communicating wins, blockers, and strategic shifts.

  • Report on partner performance metrics and iterate partner programs to optimise results.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, or infrastructure tech.

  • Proven success scaling a partner ecosystem in a high-growth or startup environment.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes—especially cloud, SaaS, geospatial, or video analytics.

  • Strong track record of building joint value propositions and delivering partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.

  • Commercial acumen and comfort negotiating partnership terms and co-selling motions.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—internally and externally.

  • Familiarity with CRM and PRM systems to manage pipeline and track partner activity.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to industries like energy, utilities, or public safety.

  • Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure) or in tech alliance programs.

  • Understanding of AI, computer vision, or drone-based data capture.
