Unleash Live is seeking a full-time Drone Operations Specialist / Field Delivery Specialist to support customer delivery projects across the United States. This role will be responsible for field data capture, drone operations, site coordination, and delivery support for inspection and AI/computer vision projects.

The role will initially support two major projects delivery work, including power pole, infrastructure, and asset inspection programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling, operating drones safely in field environments, coordinating with customer site teams, and ensuring high-quality image and data capture for downstream analysis. U.S.-based role, with regular travel to customer sites. Initial focus will be on field operations for two major projects, starting in San Joaquin Valley and other U.S. customer locations as needed.

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, or ability to obtain certification before field deployment.

  • Experience operating commercial drones in outdoor field environments.

  • Ability to travel frequently for customer delivery work.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized data capture procedures.

  • Comfortable working independently in the field.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with customer field teams.

  • Strong organizational skills for flight logs, data management, and project documentation.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to lift and transport drone equipment, batteries, cases, and field gear.

  • Willingness to work in remote field locations and variable weather conditions when safe and appropriate.

  • Experience with utility, oil and gas, infrastructure, or asset inspection work.

  • Experience with DJI enterprise drones, RTK workflows, or automated mission planning.

  • Familiarity with power poles, substations, pipelines, facilities, or industrial assets.

  • Basic understanding of photogrammetry, geospatial data, or AI inspection workflows.

  • Prior experience working around customer safety protocols, field permits, or industrial job sites.

  • Experience maintaining standard operating procedures for drone or inspection programs.

  • Conduct drone flight operations to support customer inspection projects.

  • Capture high-quality aerial data, imagery, and video for AI/computer vision workflows.

  • Support field delivery for current and future U.S. customer projects.

  • Travel to customer sites for field execution, data collection, and delivery support.

  • Coordinate with customer field teams, site contacts, and internal project stakeholders.

  • Plan missions, review site conditions, and prepare equipment before deployment.

  • Operate drones in accordance with FAA Part 107 requirements and company safety standards.

  • Maintain flight logs, equipment records, and field documentation.

  • Validate data quality in the field before leaving the site.

  • Upload, organize, and hand off captured data to internal delivery/product teams.

  • Troubleshoot field issues related to drones, batteries, sensors, connectivity, and data transfer.

  • Provide basic field reporting, including completed flights, assets captured, issues encountered, and next steps.

  • Support continuous improvement of field workflows, capture standards, and operating procedures.
