Lead the product vision and strategy for Prism, our hardware-software platform for automated camera management and AI-powered analytics. You'll own the full product lifecycle and drive adoption across complex enterprise deployments.

- Execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for camera management and analytics solutions
- Own the complete hardware and software lifecycle, from device packaging to customer onboarding
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and AI teams on user-centric workflows
- Drive product discovery and translate insights into user stories and backlog items
- Lead end-to-end productisation from prototype to revenue-generating features
- Engage directly with customers and partners to refine product-market fit
- Champion AI-first workflows and incorporate agentic tooling into PM practice
- Analyze usage data and feedback to iterate and validate outcomes
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years as a product manager or equivalent technical/analytical delivery experience
- Proficiency and enthusiasm with AI tooling, agents, and LLMs
- Strong technical acumen and comfort collaborating with remote engineering teams
- Proven experience with hardware-software products and edge computing
- Experience scaling complex B2B or platform products involving AI and data analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on familiarity with agile workflows and roadmapping tools
- Domain experience in mining, resources, utilities, or transportation (desired)
- Go-to-market experience with pricing and launch strategy (desired)
