What You’ll Do
Required Skills
Unleash live is one of the most exciting deep tech companies to emerge from Australia. We’re scaling across the globe - with teams in Sydney, the US, and Europe- bringing cutting-edge computer vision to industries where real-time decisions matter most.
Our platform turns live video and sensor feeds into data and actionable insights that help enterprises and governments monitor, respond, and optimise - from bushfire detection and energy grid inspections to transport safety and infrastructure resilience.
We work at the intersection of AI, autonomy, and live data - helping machines not just capture the world, but understand it. Whether it’s industrial-scale deployments or creative edge applications, the power and potential of computer vision is only just being tapped. And we’re leading the way.
Inside Unleash live, we’re a team of thinkers, tinkerers, and builders. We’re proudly geeky, fast-moving, and obsessed with solving hard problems. We work hard, have fun doing it, and genuinely care about what we build and who builds it. Our team is culturally diverse, distributed across time zones, and brings together a wide mix of backgrounds, ages, and experiences.
What unites us is curiosity, drive, and a shared belief that good technology should be both intelligent and impactful.
If you’re looking to join a team where you can grow fast, do work that matters, and collaborate with sharp, committed people who genuinely enjoy what they do, we’d love to meet you.
We design for a world where machines see.
Unleash live is transforming industries with computer vision and live data analytics. Our platform ingests video and sensor streams, processes them using machine learning, and drives real-time decisions. At the heart of this ecosystem is Prism - our product for orchestrating, managing, and controlling cameras, live video streaming, machine vision analytics and enterprise integrations.
We’re looking for a Product Manager ready to grow in a high-ownership environment to spearhead Prism’s next phase. Prism is a complex product spanning hardware, software, and enterprise deployments. You don't need to have done all of this before, but you need the drive, technical curiosity, and hunger to learn. This is a Sydney based role with hybrid remote and office work. Occasional domestic travel may be required.
2–4 years as a product manager, or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or delivery role with strong product instincts.
Proficient and genuinely enthusiastic about AI tooling - you use agents, LLMs, and automation as a force multiplier in your daily work.
Strong technical acumen and comfort working closely with engineering teams, including remote teams across time zones.
Proven experience with hardware-software products: you understand physical deployment, device provisioning, edge compute, or embedded systems in a commercial context.
Experience building and scaling complex B2B or platform products involving AI, data analytics, Video Management Systems, hardware, or automation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management - you can rally teams around a vision and hold the line commercially.
Hands-on with agile workflows, backlogs, user story mapping, and roadmapping tools.
Domain experience in mining, resources, utilities, or transportation highly desired.
GTM experience strongly desired - you've owned or co-owned pricing, packaging, or launch strategy, not just handed it off.
High agency - you take ownership without being asked. References will confirm this.
Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prism - our solution for automated camera management, AI-powered analytics, alerting, and visualisation.
Own the full hardware + software product lifecycle - from how cameras, compute, and edge devices are packaged and deployed, to how customers onboard and activate at scale.
Work with squads and be the overall champion for the product. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI engineers to define, build, and launch user-centric workflows.
Drive product discovery and translate insights into clear problem statements, user stories, and backlog items.
Lead end-to-end productisation: from prototype to tested, revenue-generating features.
Work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to refine product-market fit and drive adoption.
Adopt and champion agentic AI workflows - use AI tooling actively in your own PM practice and help shape how the team operates in an AI-first way.
Analyse usage patterns, data, and feedback to iterate fast and validate outcomes.
