Position Summary
Our company is growing and we’re in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior team. As a PMO, consultant, implementer and overall support resource, the successful candidate will be across all key initiatives and ensure that the prioritised activities are in line with the goals set out by the CEO. The successful candidate will also handle day-to-day ad hoc requests for support from the wider senior team across a variety of disciplines. The right candidate will contribute to the long-term success of the company by focusing on the tasks required to achieve our desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Has a flexible and is willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members
  • Responsibilities will include project setups, calendar management; travel planning, presentations and proposals, time & expenses, meeting preparations and document production
  • Leads program management, involving duties on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Within program management, organises and gathers information from various stakeholders and meetings and communicates to management
  • Participates in initiatives when required and demonstrates flexibility and focus towards the desired outcomes
  • Other duties, which may include simple tasks such as filing, making phone calls, organising meetings, documents and presentations
  • Organises a calendar and keeps track of multiple projects at the same time
  • Helping the CEO prioritize their time and appointments
  • Writing first drafts of proposals, emails, letters etc. for consideration
  • Acting as overall operational support when needed
  • Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
  • Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations
  • Supporting Marketing with event management and other marketing initiatives as needed
Experience
Essential / must have
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a team player with excellent customer service skills
Desirable / preferable
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Preferably in Business, Finance or Communications
Essential technical skills
  • G Suite
  • Slack
  • Hubspot
  • Internet Savvy, knows how to research and get the information they need ( fast!)
Desirable technical skills
  • Adobe premiere, XD or Similar
  • Interest and capability in Videography
  • Photoshop or equivalent
  • Ability to fly a drone
